Important safety information
- 1Inspect the soother carefully before each use and pull it in all directions.
- 2Throw the soother away at the first signs of damage or weakness.
- 3Only use dedicated soother holders tested to EN 12586.
- 4Never attach other ribbons or cords to a soother, as your child may be strangled by them.
Use, cleaning, and storage
- 1Wash the soother before first use and before every use. Soap and water may be used.
- 2Before first use, leave the soother in boiling water for 5 minutes, allow it to cool, and release any trapped water.
- 3Do not store the soother in hot or humid places, and keep it away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- 4Do not leave the soother in disinfectant or sterilising solution for longer than recommended.
- 5Never dip the teat in sweet substances or medicine, as this can lead to tooth decay.
- 6Replace the soother after one or two months of use for safety and hygiene reasons.
- 7If the soother becomes lodged in the mouth, do not panic. It cannot be swallowed; remove it carefully and gently.
